Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)

Gentle Therapy. Powerful Change. Support at Every Stage of Life.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a deeply calming, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and function. It’s based on the understanding that the fascial system—a web of connective tissue surrounding every muscle, nerve, and organ—can become restricted due to birth, injury, tension, or trauma.

When this fascia is tight, it can affect everything from digestion and sleep to muscle coordination and emotional regulation.

CFT uses light, sustained touch to gently release these restrictions, helping the body move more freely and the nervous system return to balance. It’s safe and effective for patients of all ages—from newborns just days old to teens and adults carrying chronic tension.

CFT may help with:

  • Feeding difficulties or shallow latch
  • Head-turning preference or flat spots
  • Tongue/lip tie bodywork before and after release
  • Torticollis or body asymmetry
  • Digestive discomfort (gas, reflux, constipation)
  • Poor sleep, restlessness, or difficulty settling
  • Chronic tension in the jaw, neck, or shoulders
  • Sensory sensitivities or emotional dysregulation

This therapy is often used alongside other care (like lactation, myofunctional, or reflex integration) to create a foundation of safety and release that allows other treatments to be even more effective. CFT is safe for all ages and often used alongside other therapies to support deep, integrative healing.
